As we come to the end of another successful year for the Gael Academy, we now turn our thoughts to what lies ahead for the Academy in 2010.

As always, it’s important for Gael to continue listening to our users about their experiences on using Academy. We are constantly striving to introduce enhancements based on customers’ feedback to help improve the overall Academy experience. Thanks to improvements in our supporting development processes, Academy users will further benefit from regular incremental enhancements, so make sure you pay regular visits to the Academy website even if you don’t have any courses planned.

In addition, a key headline for 2010 will be development activity to build on our recently announced partnership with Avisa and extend our course content to industry specific areas.

It is also important that we keep abreast of new and emerging learning techniques and technologies and to this end, we have a number of plans around the research and implementation of other course delivery methods. Finally, we will end the year in an exciting area of development where our focus will be on structuring Academy for integration with other systems - including Q-Pulse.
