Hello, for those of you that don't know me, I'm Paul Hastings, one of Gael's Q-Pulse Trainers. I've been lucky enough to visit many companies from around the world and have just returned from another trip abroad, this time to Bucharest, where I was working with TAROM (Romania's main airline). I spent 6 nights about 16 miles from the city centre and had a short walk to the airport (pictured below) each morning. The weather was gorgeous as were the surroundings.
I had a great time working with the Safety and Quality team at TAROM, Dragos Munteanu (Safety and Quality Manager) ensured I was well looked after throughout my visit and on my return home (thanks again for the upgrade).
TAROM were focusing mainly on the CA/PA, Documents and Audit modules, although customisation was completed for all the modules. Interest was also shown in finding out more about the new occurrences module that is part of the Q-Pulse version 5.5 (more on that to appear in Gael News - Daniel).
I found it really interesting to hear of the changes in TAROM from various members of the team who had spent over 30 years working with the organisation. The changes were not just in technology but with people changes and culture changes.
Feedback on Q-Pulse was extremely positive and all the contacts I made were very keen to start using the product

So all in all, a great week for Gael and the customer. Hopefully I'll have the chance to return to discuss version 5.5 later in the year.
