For those of you who don't already know me, my name is Paul Marshall and I joined Gael Ltd a few months ago. I'm based within the professional services department and my role is to become the "voice of the customers" by visiting organisations to check on the progress of their Q-Pulse project. This was also announced during our User Groups and there have already been several requests for a visit.
By visiting you on your own site, we believe we'll enhance your customer experience as well as giving you a further point of contact to discuss any compliments or complaints you have about Q-Pulse and the supporting services. It will also give us the opportunity to gather further feedback to help us improve our processes and offerings. My aim is to encourage further implementation of Q-Pulse features and share best practice procedures throughout our customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction.
How does it work?
I plan which areas I'm going to visit approximately 2 months in advance based on customer interest. These schedules will be published here on the Community in the Customer Services Consultant blog.
