The hotfix to correct an issue that occurred in the Audit module of Q-Pulse version 5.500 has been released today.
The issue in version 5.500 causes some audit records with associated open non-conformances (NCs) to become
locked in a modified state, which prevents any changes being saved.
Please note - this
issue only affects users running Q-Pulse v5.5 and does not affect any
other versions.- If you have
already received v5.500 and have installed it, you will be sent both a patch-fix for this.
- If you have already received v5.500 but have not installed it yet, you will be issued with a new CD image.
- All other
customers that have not already received v5.5 will be sent the latest version.
