Customer Presentations
One of the most popular sections of each of our User Groups is our "customer presentation". For each event, we ask a customer to give a presentation on Q-Pulse with their organisation - whether it's about how they use Q-Pulse, how they implemented it or how they found the upgrade process. This year, we had 5 speakers for our 6 events - we didn't have one for Bracknell. The speakers were are listed below and you can download the presentations from 4 of the 5 speakers.

You can also download the "master" mindmap that our speakers used during each event. This is the agenda that Martin, Ash, et al. worked through.
You'll need to have MindGenius installed to view it - if you don't already have it, you can download a demo over at www.mindgenius.com. This lets you create maps for up to 21 days and afterwards, acts as a mind map viewer (read-only).
Articles
I also plan to write articles on the content of the "technical sessions" that our consultants showed you at the User Groups. These include using the report designer, setting up competencies, setting up and managing security groups and a few more. Keep an eye out for these in the coming weeks.
