We are delighted to announce that our first User Group exclusively for customers in the Asia-Pacific region will take place on 15th and 16th of April 2009.
The User Group consists of two online web seminars, split over two days, which will take place at 2pm (Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney) and 4pm (Auckland). The sessions will last approximately two hours.
Why should I take part in the User Group?
The Q-Pulse User Group consists of two interactive online meetings to allow us to discuss best practice, the latest release of Q-Pulse, our services, and industry trends with Q-Pulse users from around the world.
Who should participate in the User Group?
The sessions on the 15th and 16th of April are aimed at Q-Pulse users based in North America. Whether you’re a Q-Pulse expert ready to share your experiences or a beginner who would like to learn more, the User Groups are a great way to help you get the most value from Q-Pulse.
What will be discussed at the User Group?
We’ll be covering a variety of topics, including best practice, knowledge sharing, current offerings and future plans.
The user group is also a great way for you to give us feedback and suggestions – this is your chance to influence the future of Q-Pulse and our services.
If there is anything that you’d like answered – post your questions in the forums and we’ll answer them during the User Group sessions.

How do I register for the Asia-Pacific Online User Group?
You can register for the Asia-Pacific Online User Group by completing the registration form on our website. Because the User Group is an exclusive benefit for maintenance customers, you must enter your G-Number into the registration form. We’ll send out an email with joining instructions shortly before the date of the session.
Why are you having online meetings?
Because there are Q-Pulse users in many different countries around the world, it’d be impossible for us to host User Group meetings that would suit everyone. By hosting online meetings, anyone can attend, no matter where they are – all you need is a compatible computer with an internet connection.
What happens if I can’t take part in the online sessions?
If you can’t take part in our online sessions, they will be recorded and made available for download on our Community shortly after the sessions take place. We’ll email you after the event to notify you when the they become available.
