Thanks for this update. I have been deleting then reentering audits with associated non-conformance records in order to close them off.

Will you please let me know how to reattach the non-conformances to the audits - can't work out how to do it???

Looking forward to receiving the patch.

booking hasn't started yet for the user groups, this was just an advance notification! There will be an announcement on the Community and emails when the usergroups are open for booking, so watch this space!

Great to see the enthusiasm about the usergroups though, I'm sure you'll find it useful!

Hi Dave,

Basically these add-ons are the equivalent of managing the clinical incident process within Q-Pulse, i.e you could use form designer to replicate the IR1 form then manage the formal incident investigation via the Incident workflow tool.

Regarding pricing, this is based on a number of factors including license level and product version. Give me a call on 01355 593 425 to discuss.

Just wondering if there is anything in the enhancements planned for the Training module? We've found this to be incredibly cumbersome, not user friendly and generally not on the same level as other modules. We have a need for Training to go electronic, but currently cannot make the Training module work for us.
