This year has truly been an outstanding one for Gael on many levels, with the foundations of our success being built on listening to our customers' needs and continuing to develop our many product offerings.

We are delighted to have achieved a growth of 30% in revenue in the year, fully justifying the faith we had in doubling our workforce to over 100 over the last 12 months - despite the current economic climate that has been, so negatively, reported in the press. The investment in 2011 has been made possible due to our success over the last 18 years, where we have consistently grown revenue year-on-year. We have reaped the rewards this year with fantastic new products, such as Gael Risk and our new iPad Apps, while - at the same time - continuing to enhance our flagship Q-Pulse product.

As ever listening to the customer has been one of our key principles in 2011. From the SMS 360 event in Dubai in September, the recent User Groups in the Healthcare and the Manufacturing sector and the inaugural Life Science event in Scotland, we have continued to engage face to face with a large number of the most important people to Gael - our customers.

At the recent Dubai Airshow, Gael was delighted to join the Director General of the General Civil Aviation Authority in Dubai, Mohammed Al Suwaidi, at an official presentation that recognised that they had become the first regulator in the world to take advantage of mobile technology via the use of our iPad Apps within their extensive audit programme. Whilst developing the Apps, the team worked closely with the customer to understand their requirements, ensuring that we developed a solution that met their needs. Their desire was for a simple, accurate and mobile solution to enable the performance of safety audits quickly and accurately. Ultimately this will improve the efficiency of the audit process. enhancing safety oversight at the same time, and we are sure the development of these apps will have benefits for our entire customer base.

With regards to new products, our newly launched Gael Risk solution appears to be exactly what the marketplace has been waiting for and we have already secured some significant orders and several key clients. As ever, when Gael design a product we ensure that we take our time and listen to the customer to help verify our concepts are correct. However, we do believe that, with Gael Risk, not only have we listened to our customer requirements, but that we have exceeded them with a visually engaging product that helps enable widespread understanding of Risk across an organisation. Both the Bow-Tie visualisation and the control-centric view of a risk provides comprehensive management oversight to highlight the key controls that manage inherent risks. In addition, for the Risk professional, the product handles as you would expect the management of the traditional Risk Cycle. Gael is excited at the early adoption we have of this product and, with its direct linkage with Q-Pulse to help identify controls and more importantly the potential impact to a risk when those controls change, we believe that we now have a family of offerings that provide real benefit to our customers.

Looking forward to next year, the plans for 2012 look as equally exciting. We intend to continue our growth in revenue, re-invest and create jobs in the business, expand our mobile offerings, interlink our complete product portfolio, have two major releases of the Q-Pulse product and continue to integrate with other solutions that we believe will add value to our customers.
