The process is very similar in the web client.

1. Select the ‘To Acknowledge' metric from the homepage or My actions tile to retrieve the necessary documents.

2. Select the top most checkbox in the left hand side to select all documents

3. Select the ‘Acknowledge receipt’ icon from the main toolbar above the document list

This will acknowledge the selected documents.

Note the above process assumes you have read and understood the documents as necessary.

Good trick, now how do you do this on the web front end, I have 107 docs to acknowledge.

Daniel -- I just discovered these tips this morning and this one is dynamite! We've been just opening the doc module and quickly clicking 'cancel' 'cancel' at the bottom left to stop the search from finishing. Then we'd have to do a second search to get to the area we really wanted. This is Much Better! thanks

That's a great option. Will this feature be rolled out on other modules i.e. Equipment, People & Training where the same actions can be applicable to multiple tools or people?

This has been of enormous benefit in reclassifying records from earlier versions of QPulse, requiring new category labels to suit the evolving requirements of the business.
