    New to Q Pulse

    I am new to Q Pulse and therefore to version 5.2. I am interested to know how people have transferred their existing SOPs onto Q Pulse. Have you deleted your old SOP numbering system and added the Q Pulse generated number to the SOP?

    I would also be interested to know how long it has taken people to get the system up and running after having the customisation service provided by Gael?

    Hi Gwen, Welcome to the Q-Pulse users. To give you an idea, we started with V5.1 around this time last year, and expect to be fully up and running, with V5.2, by around August, this year. It can be a long slog, but if it's done properly it can be worth it. KB
