I tried to send a pdf file as an attachment and found that it was not one of the approved file types allowed.  That seems odd, especially because I can make any doc or xls file much smaller by converting it to pdf.  Can pdf files be added to the allowed file types for attachments?

Hi - where did you get the PDF error? As you can see in my post, I've managed to attach a PDF document.

My apologies. As an admin, I could attach PDFs, but normal users could not. As you can see above with my test login, you can now attach PDFs to forum posts.
