I’m a new user of Q-Pulse so I’m probably asking a question to which there is a really obvious answer – but bear with me, eh?!

I’m moving control of my company’s training records to Q-Pulse and I’ve hit a problem that I can’t sort out using the ‘Help’ screens. Of the many training requirements I need to control is one that uses a CD Rom. The user runs the disc, watches the presentation, and takes an exam at the end. Passing the exam results in a certificate which is currently filed in a ring binder and tracked using a simple matrix.

I only have one copy of the CD (sufficient as it only applies to a handful of people) which can be run anywhere at any time.  My problem is that I can’t find a way of ‘describing’ a CD in the Master Event screen. Master Events seem to presume all training follows a ‘traditional’ classroom based format.

The answer is probably staring me in the face but I can’t see it! CBT is very commonplace these days so it should be pretty straightforward. Can anyone help me with this one?
