Hi all,
I was involved in several successful Charter Mark assessments during my time in local governement, the most notable was achieving Charter Mark for the whole Social Work department of North Lanarkshire Council - the first time a whole Social Work department has achieved Charter Mark in Scotland (at the time).
One thing I do remember is gathering evidence of our communication with staff and customer (service users) in the form of brochures and leaflets and storing them in boxes for auditors to sift through. I'm sure Q-Pulse could be used to store electronic (PDF) copies of the many publications, including revisions and changes, in a much more efficient (and space saving) way.
Has anyone used Q-Pulse to help achieve Charter Mark? Or can anyone think of a way to use Q-Pulse to help achieve Charter Mark?
