Which ISO standards do you conform to?

I know many of our users conform to various different ISO standards. Which standards apply to you?

If any other national standards, e.g. BSI, apply, please let us know too - simply reply and list those that apply to you.

ISO 9001
ISO 27001
ISO 14001

Again a Medical lab:  ISO 15189 (Accreditation body CPA-UK Ltd) but also ISO 17025 (UKAS) for a particular test (testing for Legionella in water).

Just returned from an evening lecture by John Seddon (CQI West of Scotland Branch) ... fabulous! But now feeling quite stupid at being such a slave to the ISO standards instead of simply improving systems.

John is a controversial figure but I have to say very entertaining and thought provoking. How many speakers show one slide for a whole hour and 30 minutes for questions?

ISO9001:2000 - so looking forward to ISO9001:2008 (Not!) - Adult and Paediatric Service certified for all Cancer Treatments within the Oncology and Haematology Clinical Directorate.

As a semi-conductor manufacturing plant, we have current accreditation to:

ISO9001:2000 (but will need upgrade to 2008 at some point)

ISO14001:2004 (Environmental)

ISO/TS16949:2002 (Automotive Requirement)
