Some of you suggested that we improve the way that we use the Community to log and track feature/enhancement requests and customer ideas.

Would you be interested in commenting and voting on feature requests? For example, you could have the ability to promote or demote suggestions as seen here and here.

Hello

It would be really good is you could double click on a requirement in a competency details box and the requirement pings up. At present I am having to right click.

I am still on version 5.2 so this may be the problem.

Is it possible to control documents stored in procedure based training sessions? When I add training files they are not really document controlled.

Also, the training files I do attach stay with the event and are not hyperlinkable from the individuals record.

For instance is I give someone specimen reception training rather then any associated files stay attached to the training event rather than easy clickable from the individuals record.

Hi,

Yes I think a vote system would be most helpful. At least it would allow folk to see what the views of other users are.

I note this thread has been up a while, are there any firm plans for implementing your idea?

Melanie,

it's something we've discussed and we'll be investigating this further this year. It would be great to give the users (you!) a way to prioritise which features you need most, but on the other hand, there would have to be a change in our backed processes about dealing with suggestions and responding to requests so it's not a decision that we can take lightly. I'll update the Community if and when more information becomes available.

What I can say is that we're working on an update to the Community with more features (including Groups, an improved Knowledgebase and Audit Exchange) and a more intuitive layout - more on that very soon
