I am beginning to think that my organisation (an NHS hospital Trust) would benefit from a full bells & whistles licensing option with an Enterprise license & associated database "replication" architecture, companion audit trail database, custom forms for incident reporting, CFR part 11-compliant user credential validation etc.
This would really not be easy to sell to the purse string holders however, especially in the current, financially-straitened circumstances, so I was wondering if there are any users (perhaps from the aviation or food sectors) who can supply success stories in this regard, or who can offer a user-perspective on the dos & don'ts of planning & implementing an Enterprise model?
For instance, what sort of £ have you had to spend on hardware & training? What benefits have you seen from a single, organisation-wide incident/non-compliance reporting system? Has anyone attempted a C/B Analysis for their QPulse system?
We currently have a 20 user license, but have the potential to extend use to 6 or 7 departments that would ultimately require something like 40 concurrent users.
Another issue of importance is parallel running with our Datix risk management database, which seems to be required for several years at least.

Gary,
Sorry that this post slipped under the radar! I'm going to get one of our Application Specialists to respond to your questions.
I'm sure there are other NHS Enterprise customers out there who could help Gary too! Perhaps you could even visit the site of a fellow NHS Enterprise user to look attheir setup?
Cheers
Daniel
