I am trying to obtian a general CPA audit checklist to use on my sample Q-Pulse database. If anyone has a checklist they would like to share, could you please let me know.

Do you want something in QPulse audit checklist format (e.g. exported as .pdf) or an attached (Word, Excel) format Gregor?

I can let you have some wonderfully old fashioned vertical audit checklists in Word format and some horizontal CPA audit checklists in Word & Excel.

More recently, I composed an examination checklist within the QPulse audit module. This is pretty useful, because at least half of an examination audit involves scrutinising the SOP(s)

Most labs will have these Gregor and you are more than welcome to my checklists. It was my understanding that they couldn't be shared from v4.2 but now that they have migrated successfully across  to v5.2 I'm reliably informed by your colleagues at Gael that they now can be shared.

On a similar vein I would be interested in a checklist derived from the ISO 17025 standard (UKAS accreditation for testing). I have been typing for a week and covered less than half of it and would appreciate assistance with this onerous task.

Unfortunately the checklist in Ver5.2 can not be shared, these have to be manually entered through copy and paste. Unless they were originally there from Ver4.

I have now ................  after a few late nights managed to update my audit checklists and now have the following:

HPA, CPA, UKAS, ISO13485, ISO 9001, NHS LA & JACIE.

I have the word documents for these if you would like a copy.

I wonder would it be possible to have a button on the system which reviews the current status of documents along the audit pathway.

i.e. Can a vertical audit checklist be set and asked to run through the system

 for instance

Can a program be written to ask the system to check wheher all thedocuments which might affect histology are current and up to date....

Not sure if this is feasible....
