Sounds as though you have a lot of users?  How many approximately?  We have just upgraded from v5.2 to v5.5 and apart from Microsofts .NET causing us some grief, we are up and running very well.   I am Head of Quality and Safety for Zoom Airlines Ltd and we make extensive use of the Audit and CAPA modules but due to some legacy issues, we don't use the Docs module throughout all departments.  Some use it as their only dms while others hardly use it at all, but we are always hopeful.  To what extent are you using dms?

Thanks for your response. 

We are the largest manufacturer and distributor of Electrical Accessories in the Asia Pacific region and we currently have a 60 full user license with access to approximately 1500 personnel. Our 600 restricted license will be benificial to those personnel who only need access to the Documents and CA/PA modules. We are in the process of restructuring our entire company and we see this as a unique opportunity to realign QPulse access and security Australia wide. 2009 will see us rolling our access to all distribution centres, sales offices and country centres. All documents used for our Quality & HSE System is stored and maintained within the Document Module. Some of our departments are using an Intranet system, however we are determined to use only 1 mechanism....and that will be QPulse.

Good to see you are up and running with V5 Dean.  Knowing the size of your system its good to see you have transitioned ok from V4.  I think you will find V5 will give you more useability and options.

Any update on you making the trip across Andrew? The exchange rate is definitely better than it was for those in the US, but the economic slowdown can't be much help!

I have been working at the company for 2 and a half years and they have been using Q-Pulse for much longer than that! I think it's great software. I always recommend to all our customers and suppliers!

We are still on 5.2 but looking to upgrade to 5.5 in the near future! I'm really looking forward to some of the enhancements! Are you on 5.5?
