Please feel free to call me Margie. I've been the Quality Manager at KIC Chemicals, Inc. for the last few years. It's a fun and interesting job for the most part, even when peers think you're out to get them!
Believe it or not, before this position, I sold real estate for 22 years. I'm still a licensed owner/broker, but limit the delegation of my time to selling in this difficult market. Prior to that I managed small offices for the construction industry in NYC.
I love the Q-Pulse program. Our anticipated completion date is 12/31/09, meaning that the program should be fully up and running. For the most part, I've found it easy to manuever, however, I can finally say that I'm stuck trying to load Master Competencies, Requirements and Job Roles. What should be done first and why? HELP!

Well, you're writing french pretty well ! I hope I will be as good in english. By the way, is there any possibility to translate the Q-Pulse program in french ?
I don't think so, but ... the fact is that some terms look unusual to me since i just learn english in traveling around the world and through Eric Clapton, Dire straits or Rolling stones songs !! ;-)) Do not hesitate to correct my sentences !

I have been using Q-Pulse for a year and it has made a huge differance to our business. We supply the military with pyrotechnics and they see it as a fabulous tool.
