I cover a Haematological Stem Cell facility in London.

We get JACIE/FACT inspection in 4 weeks & are not terribly ready.

Have you gone through JACIE/FACT?

I was really pissed off with the numbering in ver 3.0 stds, which is not consistent with ver 2.0 & is making it a lot more difficult to update in the Area of Std managed list

I am FACT accredited but have not yet gone through an inspection.  I have been here about 1 1/2 years and we will have our next inspection in 2009.  Our BMT program is just starting the self review process to prepare for next year's inspections. 

 I also noticied some inconsistencies with the numbering.  I think they are just always working to improve the standards and make them better.  I first started updating the managed list from version 3.0 of the standards so I was lucky in that part.  I just hope the next version does not change things again.
