Suggest adding a vehicle incident reporting module to q-pulse

Hello Schroeder, thanks for your post, you can use the asset module to log detaisl of company vehicles and create the required activities such as MOT, Service etc, each asset record also has a non conformance tab for you to raise Non Conformances against the particular vehicle, any vehicle specific NC templates can be created in the CAPA module within the CAPA template section.

Hi Thanks,

I already know this but CAPA is limited in its functionality, my suggestion relate to capturing avoidable and unavoidable vehicle accidents and produce trend analysis. Is there a tool in the incident module?

The incident module is designed to capture and analyse this type of information. Can you tell me more about your requirements, or we can pick up directly for a demo.

Hi Brendan if you can open the attachment you will see we use coding for different fields, this is only a sample page but there is another 3 investigation pages to this document. We currently use xls to collect all the data and this is very time consuming. The idea behind this was to enquire if we could use q-pulse to capture the data linked with the analysis module.

Thanks for the screen shot, that is ideal- the incident management tool can stream line this data capture and investigation as well as detailed reporting on root cause, trends etc.

I'll drop you a line to discuss directly in more detail.
