Has Gael ever thought about creating an imaginary business with fictitious employees and developing training videos around that entity? It could be used to show the basic ways to deal with incidents, audits, personnel management, etc., which can often be so much easier to undertand than wading through manuals. I know that Q-Pulse is a much more sophisticated beast but some other applications, for example Quick Books, use the fictitious company approach. If you cannot quite remember how to do something, you can dip into let's say the "Bush Beer & Pretzel Company" to see how they did it. 

We are well underway with our plans to offer an on-line Academy that tackles the type of questions you have outlined below. The academy content is being developed that will give you practical examples of how to do specific tasks and interactive quizzes to check your understanding. The Academy will be available 24 hours per day 7 days a week and will start to tackle the issue you have highlighted. The Academy is due to launch at the end of March and our marketing department is currently assessing how our preview sessions will be advertised to our current customer base. So watch this space.

Following on from the initial content offerings that will launch with the Academy we have many ideas for future content and not being necessarily restricted to Q-Pulse. Would welcome any suggestions as we develop this exciting offering to our service capability.
