Does anyone know how I can pull together a list of employees showing the due dates of their next review?
We use this function to track annual appraisals and although I can create a search showing appraisals that are overdue, or due in a set timescale, I can't seem to get a report or search that will show me the due date for each person.
My knowledge of report designer is limited and whenever I try to build the report I get spurious dates showing for everyone.

Unfortunately you cannot do this for the next review, the only way to do this is to display all reviews. You can do this by clicking:
After this, you can sort the list by review date so that each users next review is displayed at the top of the nested view.

Try This:
Be sure to include in the advanced search criteria: Review completed date- "empty"
Go to
Report, Preview, Current view
Follow directions in the in the Q-Pulse knowledge base for "displaying selected stages on a report"
The criteria I selected for the filter string is:
(I always try to give my search and the corresponding report the same name)
The result looks like this:

This is a best kept secret! I use it for almost all custom designed reports! It has been part of the answer to prove the usability of Q-Pulse with-in my company. We could put in information all day, but never get it out. With this filter… I answer a lot of co-workers needs!
You may have figured out by now that I have pushed Q-Pulse to maximize the possibilities for my company, but every day, while I find limitations which I think are fix-able, I find more and more of its capabilities! Thanks for asking!
