    CAPA's - Changing Source & Number

    Folks,

    My QC people are asking if this is possible. Once a CAPA has been raised, is it possible to change the source and CAPA number, without raising another record.

    Anyone got any ideas?

    Hello Ken,

    Providing you have the correct permissions you are able to edit both the CAPA number and Source without having to create a new CAPA record. If you are having trouble setting this up please contact our support team at 'support@gaelquality.com' who will be able to assist further.
