Hi Michael

we use the 'recorded by' in preference to 'raised by' as the system picks up the employees nane from the log in. as you say this field can then be shown on the CA/PA List it can also be added to reports. I did not understand your comments on needing further training, time clicking and searching, if this field is added to the standard set up the name will always be there.

We use the CA/PA Module to record Customer Concerns in addition to formal CA/PAs. As such, all records are intitiated by employees to capture a specific customer's issue. The non-conformance record already captures the customer's company name and the name of the customer contact, but we would find it very beneficial if the name of the employee creating the record is also captured on the record itself.

I know you can add 'Recorded By' as a column in the CA/PA List, but this requires additional time and training and clicking and searching to do so.

Has anyone been faced with this request? How was it solved? Thanks for your help!
