With curiosities beginning to grow and customer queries coming in from every direction, please have a read through the information below which aims to provide a summary (and hopefully answer most questions people have) of the new Gael Academy, which launches this week.

what is it?

Gael Academy is an always on, online training suite that improves users' capabilities and understanding of Q-Pulse (v5 +).

what is it comprised of?

Gael Academy is comprised of 35 training courses, tailored to train and refresh staff on how to use all of the modules within Q-Pulse.  There will be more courses added after June this year.  The training videos are interactive, with clear commentary and a quiz to conclude the session, allowing you to assess and the system to track what you've learnt.

how much does it cost?

Academy will not replace the implementation training you must receive with a Q-Pulse installation, but does allow all other staff to receive a functional level of training at their desk, directly from Gael Ltd.

The beauty of Academy is that there are no restrictions on the number of users you can create, all of whom receive full functionality of the suite and unlimted access to assigned training courses.

Additional features include the 'My Profile' section, where you can monitor and track your training.  Gael Academy encourages individuals to take ownership of their training and consequently make the most out of your management system, Q-Pulse.
