Would you believe it, I have heard rumours that Gael are looking to introduce a version 5.5 later this year.

 Would it not be a better idea to let us get settled on V5.2 before changing it, all over again. The current upgrade is causing some major IT and training requirements. If we were to have to go through this again, this year, we would quickly find Q-Pulse being dropped from the priority list completely.

 While I appreciate that Gael want to keep us users up-to-date, is there not a better way?

Verson 5.5 is aimed primarily at our users within the Aviation sector, as it contains specific functionality catering for Aviation Safety Management, so you won't be forced into upgrading to it.

If you have an internal issue with the ongoing user training as you role out Q-Pulse to new users then I'd recommend that you keep an eye on the new Gael online academy to be launched in the coming months. This new service will allow your users to create personal training plans then train themselves on Q-Pulse at their own pace. More details will soon appear at www.gaelacademy.com.
