Hi Martin, I can recommend Excel Partnership. They have now been added to SAI global. I worked for the UK office for ten years . Excel have a great reputation in the USA for their management system training and consultancy. They have very many consultants spread throughout the USA and now as part of SAI Global I am sure their reach will be further!
