We've had a similar debate about preventive action (in it's truest sense ... hasn't yet happened ... so it isn't a non compliance). Where would this be posted to allow tracking? Perhaps as an initiative? Or in the CA/PA module with only a preventive stage? Not terribly clear and staff...
