I have set each of my individual printers' (I can print to 3 different printers!) default settings to print in duplex mode, no matter what program I am printing from, saves remembering to go in and change each time! Seems to work with all the reports I've done so far from QPulse.

Is it possible to make the search option "department" available in all modules? Our Q-Pulse users refer to most things by their department and this is the quickest, easiest way for them to perform a search, but is not consistently available, especially in the CA/PA module. Thanks, Sonya
