I have the audit overdue reminder/escalation email set with an email to be sent to the Lead Auditor and a copy to myself. An email is sent to me, but not to the Lead Auditor. The email I receive has me listed in the CC field of the email with the "To:" field left blank (lead auditor therefore...

I'm on v5.2 and had recorded the same finding some months ago. I forewarn my staff when entering audit findings to "save" on a regular basis every 10 questions or so and not to try to enter a full audit (as you say often with much typing) only to lose all data. I agree it isn't particularly...

Hi Ken,Thanks for the post. I would just like to reinforce Alan's response that the issue referred to is related to timing and refresh; the integrity of the underlying Q-Pulse data is preserved. With regard to your comment on the level of testing, as you know, Q-Pulse has many facets to its operation...

One of our customers in the aviation sector is producing some nice results with the Audit module beyond the traditional JAR-OPS, Part 145 etc. compliance areas where they are now using it for Operations Standards Audits and IOSA. Do you have any similar experiences?

Do you want something in QPulse audit checklist format (e.g. exported as .pdf) or an attached (Word, Excel) format Gregor? I can let you have some wonderfully old fashioned vertical audit checklists in Word format and some horizontal CPA audit checklists in Word & Excel. More recently, I composed...
