Currently we set our audit number up by the department, e.g. QA, by the year, e.g 10, and the let Q-Pulse do the automatic numbering 1, 2, 3, etc. Therefore our audit numbering currently looks like: QA/10/1, etc. Each year I change the year to the current and ask our IT Department to reset the numbering...

Hi Eric, In 5.61 you are able to import and export checklists, within the community there is an ' Checklist Exchange ' area for customers to share their checklists with other Q-Pulse users, you can find this at the top of the page next to 'Support Portal' So if you were on version 5.61...

I've exported Mindgenius maps into Microsoft project, word and powerpoint with great success. For audit lists I've done the mindmap, exported to word, then used the word document to populate the fields of an audit list. Bit long winded but it does work. I suppose you could convert word/MS project...

When inputting responses to questions in audit checklists, it is not possible to insert paragraph breaks. The screen appears to accept this, however on saving the break is lost. We would find it useful from a presentational viewpoint to be able to use paragraphs in our responses.
