Sorry to bring bad news guys, but it's not quite as simple as that, at least I'm pretty sure it's not. The problem is that any old XML file can't be imported into Q-Pulse... it has to be set up in a way that Q-Pulse understands. Simply saving a Word file or mindmap as XML won't work...
