Hi There, A useful feature for Q-Pulse would be to have the ability to restrict access to specific document registers. The risk is that staff can access obsolete or inactive documents and follow the wrong procedure. This could potentially be a non-conformance for us from the regulators (GMP). Additionally...

Hi Peta, I agree this would be a useful additional feature/field when archiving.

I thought I had raised this issue previously, but can't seem to find the original post! Currently when archiving a document the Wizard only asks whether you wish to make the document "Inactive" or "Obsolete". There is no explanation as to WHY the document has been archived or...

Hi All, I am currently setting up and testing our documentation control process, and I have found a little problem in the way we were going to keep our documents. I have setup and forced the folders in the document module, we have taken this choice as we have over 2000 controlled documents. (Easy access...

Are the procedures not meant to be there for staff to follow? If the procedures are saved in a part that only the System Admin(s) can access, then no one can read the documents, if I understand right. Does saving the procedures as a PDF, or even a protected PDF not stop people changing the contents?...
