  • Industry News Post

Hi, It's great to see industry news to be working and with news related to where you are working. But they all seem to be coming/related to the HSJ and to access them you have to subscribe and pay a fee. Therefore the system is pointless as the content of the article cannot be accessed... Is there...

  • Re: Q-Pulse in the NHS - tell us about yourself!

One thing it would be great to be able to do with q pulse is keep a track of their pay spine number and their approaching increment dates and gateways. Can this be considered for the future. KSF is a big thing for us in the NHS and q pulse seems a very logical wayb of managing competence / performance...

  • Re: Accident records

Hi Martin Thank you for your reply I am thinking of this from Two directions 1 - Staff members need to have records of their accidents in and around the lab i.e. needle stick injuries, cuts, trips breaks. also we need to log accidents that are major as IR1s as well - we do this as CA/PAs at the moment...

The boxes available are only 200 characters long and don't allow you tto get all the text in. Can this be updated....

  • Storing COSHH and Risk Assessments in QPulse (Pathology)

We are just starting out populating QPulse with SOPs, with a lot having associated Risk or COSHH assessments. One method we have found to store these types of documents is to upload them with the SOP so that the one record contains both (or all three) documents. Is anyone achieving this link between...

  • Accident records

Is it possible to have accident records added as a development. It would be really good to be able to add a list of accidents each person has suffered linking to day, date, time, location, equipment used, procedures being followed. dave

  • Re: Storing COSHH and Risk Assessments in QPulse (Pathology)

Thanks for the post Path_Links, this appears to be a Pathology (or Laboratory) specific use of Q-Pulse. Hopefully some other community users in the Pathology or Laboratory Accreditation field can provide some feedback.
