Utilising our web Serivce APIs and Microsoft technologies, Offline reporting will allow Q-Pulse Occurrence reports to be deployed to laptops for completion "Offline". Once within reach of server, via the internet, the reports are automatically validated and securely e-mailed into Q-Pulse ready for management via standard Q-Pulse workflow.

Updates to both Windows and Web Clients that will include a selection of enhancements focusing on improvements and refinements to:

• Key Occurrence & Incident Management processes inclusive of CA/PA & Audit process linkages.
• Reporting & Analysis.
• Deployment, configuration, integration and performance.
• Usability of Q-Pulse Web.

Introduce a number of further enhancements as suggested by customers and further increase of course content.

Implementation of additional course delivery methods to extend academy's reach to accommodate wider organisational requirements. This will include investigation into areas of offline and distributable content.

Delivery of an Offline Audit solution to extend the reach of the Q-Pulse "Perfom an Audit" process enabling Auditors to perform key activities when not connected to a 'live' Q-Pulse with the ability to upload information on the next available connection to Q-Pulse. The use of mobile devices will be a key consideration in this solution.

Delivery of a Risk Management solution, encompassing all key areas of the Risk Management lifecycle; identification, recording, quantification, mitigation etc.

Introduce a number of further enhancements as suggested by customers and further increase of course content.

Updates to Q-Pulse that will include a selection of enhancements in the area of People and Training, focusing on, but not limited to, improvements and refinements to:

• Competency framework.
• Usability improvements.

Extending Academy to integrate with other systems, including Q-Pulse, to enhance areas such as user account management and management of training event planning and evidence.
