What are Q-Pulse Web Service APIs?
Q-Pulse Web Service APIs allow you to develop interactions between Q-Pulse and other business systems such as ERP/MRP, CRM, intranet, etc.
Q-Pulse Version 5.7 includes extended APIs that interact with more areas of Q-Pulse than before, exposing the Document, CA/PA and Audit modules. The Occurrence and Incident modules are also exposed for Q-Pulse IMS customers.
If your organisation has a Development or System Integrator resource to develop integration points between Q-Pulse and other existing systems, the Q-Pulse APIs could be utilised to streamline processes and share data between systems, potentially saving time and money.
Document Retrieval Service - Here's one we made earlier
To give you a taste of what is possible, we developed the Document Retrieval Service (DRS) add-on, utilising the Q-Pulse APIs. The DRS is an add-on to provide hyperlinks to documents embedded in the Q-Pulse database, which was a common request here on the Community. The DRS add-on is free of charge and available to any organisation using Q-Pulse 5.7.
